Shipping Policy

We at Winggi are committed to delivering your order with excellent service and promptness. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and weight of the products. We may also offer free shipping on certain orders, which will be reflected during checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, free shipping may be offered, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Winggi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Winggi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly to file a claim. Ensure that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with the claim process.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@winggi.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If claim for product return is accepted then we will refund back the amount in your account within 3 working days from the date refunds are accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us to verify whether your product is eligible for return.
